A Thought: Back ‘At It!’ Many will be going back to their routine today following the holiday. While a routine is great, life has the potential of daily adventures. When I first began in ministry during college days, I was the children’s summer program director for FUMC, Shreveport. I did my best to be creative with Bible lessons and summer adventures. For instance, the story for Jeremiah’s prophecy that ‘we are clay molded by the Potter,’ was reinforced with a trip for the kids to Marshall, Texas to its pottery house. What will be your adventure in faith today? It’s out there just waiting for you—take that step into the Lord’s adventure for you. It will affect your perspective for great good!
Here. 18:3-4 “Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make.”
