A Thought: Thoughtfulness. It takes very few words or very few gestures of kindness to be thoughtful toward someone. Opening a building door as someone is about to walk through it; picking up something someone dropped; opening a car door; noticing something in which to remark you care for that person. Thoughtfulness is not always appreciated in giving material things as it is the non material, which lives on in our memories and impressions. Jesus noticed the sacrifice of the widow; the small man in the tree; and the woman who had to come to the well in the heat of the day to draw her water, because of her reputation, rather than being around others who most likely would not be there at that time of day.
Today do something thoughtful for someone who could use some thoughtfulness. Have a Terrific Tuesday! Luke 6:31 “Jesus said, “Do to others as you would have them do to you.”
