A Thought: Storms. ‘Tis the season for storms. Awoke at 4:30 am from one of them. We were safe, so I rolled over and went back to sleep. People who are cleaning up after thunderstorms, snowstorms and tornadoes, need our prayers and support. The thing about storm damage, it forces you to rebuild your property and other ways to rebuild your life. Often blessings follow storms—people pitch in to help; they assist with food and supplies; and offer emotional comfort. No matter what ‘storm’ you are going through, it’s all about your attitude. You can be calm and assess it and determine to grow and be blessed from it, or you can buy into being a ‘victim.’ That may soothe you momentarily, but gets you nowhere. Be a storm survivor turned thriver! Jesus did, and was raised in glory and His power is known throughout the world over 2000 years later! Have a Terrific Tuesday!
Ps. 107:27 “He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.”
