A Thought: Back to ‘Normal.’
After having the little princess here 4 1/2 days, we find ourselves living life ‘back to normal.’ We’ve discovered ‘not normal’ is ok and full of learning and love through a child’s eyes. But, what we also were astonished by was how it was like a ‘time warp’—we acted like we were 30 all over again, doing things just like we had done with our two daughters at that age. What made the ‘time warp’ complete, is that Tony kept calling our grandchild by our younger daughter’s name and often referred to me as ‘Momma,’ rather than Emmi! We really did go back in time…
It’s Monday and time for you to get ‘back to normal’ from your weekend. Meet your Monday with conviction and expectation good things will happen, and have a good attitude, and they will! Happy Monday!
Eccles 2:24 “A person can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in their own toil. This too, I see, is from the hand of God.”
