A Thought: When Things Happen You Don’t Plan.
So it was inevitable–stressful weeks in a row equals a sinus infection. Happened AFTER Christmas on vacation week Jan. 1, and now, AFTER the wedding, but unfortunately, DURING Holy Week. So today I’m resting and so very thankful for medication which helps in healing, knowing there are those across the globe who do not have such gifts to help heal. I’m also thankful for a very competent staff who continue their excellence whether I am present in the office or not. And most of all, I’m thankful for the power of Christ who always faithfully powers me up in such times as these, so I can continue to minister.
What is going on with you which you didn’t exactly plan? How are you responding to the interruption? Will you turn to God for your strength and help? God loves you and wants to help you. Turn to the Lord, and the Lord will not let you down!
“The Lord is my strength and refuge, a very present help in times of trouble.”Ps. 46:1
