A Thought: What We Get Caught Up In.
Our minds are so powerful, they literally navigate everything: our attitudes, our actions and thoughts. And those things all impact our health, both physically and spiritually. So, what we allow our minds to become involved in, shapes most everything about our lives. For instance, the media is so consumed about politics right now, that I could easily join them. But the tone of their delivery is so divisive, I choose to be disengaged. I filter the information and form my own opinions. There are areas in life we all have to discern how involved we are going to be. How will those involvements add quality and value to your life and the life of others? So, fill your minds with what is good, my friends, as your thoughts shape your life.
Phil. 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
