A Thought: At the end of Friday’s post I listed the favorite scriptures of each of my family members. I did that for two reasons:I didn’t know Channin Tacito‘s and Clay Willis’ favorite; and 2) I wanted the strength of my family’s personal favorite scriptures, as I went into surgery. Two of them, Katie’s and Clay’s, were from Romans: Rom. 8:18 and Rom. 8:28. Romans is a wonderful book dealing with everything from faith, hope, judgement, and suffering. Today, remember those who are suffering physically, mentally, and spiritually. They need your prayers. When you think about your own troubles, remember there is always someone who is suffering far greater than you are. When you pray for those persons, it will not only help them, you will experience a major shift in your own perspective! God bless you on this beautiful Monday morning–now, go get ’em!
Rom. 8:17″Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory.”
