A Thought: An Appeal for Prayer.
I’m mindful today of so many who need prayer: a longtime family friend recovering from a stroke; a young family struggling; a family hurting terribly following the suicide of their son; a country needing to feel secure in a terroristic hungry world…the list goes on. We, who believe in prayer, have seen the miracles, the healing, the comfort and encouraging love as a result of others praying for us, as well as, the result of our prayers for others. Today, I appeal for you to begin this Lenten season as we head into Easter, by commiting to PRAY DAILY for the personal needs of others; strength for yourself; and for the wisdom of our world leaders. You’ll see and feel a difference in your spirit as well as, perspective on the world. God bless you in your prayer life!
