A Thought: Readjusting.

I’ll have to confess, I’m having a difficult time readjusting to the time change. Going to bed at 9:30 pm and waking up at 4 am is not the typical sleep pattern for me! Granted, 7 hours of sleep is supposed to be very healthy–my body is just still on the daylight savings time. So it appears it’s as difficult to change sleep patterns as it is most any habit or behavior—but not impossible. Just as I will eventually reform my body to the sleep pattern it needs, we will all through prayer, focus, and effort grow toward becoming more perfect in Christ. That seems improbable, but the Scriptures affirm those who are sincere in their repentance and faith, WILL grow perfect in Christ. On this Wednesday as you are adjusting to a situation, hold on to a Hope in Christ.

1 Peter 1:24 For, “All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but thanks be unto God for our hope in Christ.”
