A Thought: Keeping Cool!
“Keeping it Cool” is not only about avoiding being overheated as summer temps kick-in, but also is a good idea in terms of our attitudes and actions. Anger is only helpful when it is channeled into positive action, accompanied by calm tones and behavior. For the most effective change, communicate with clear intention, while keeping your expectations ‘in-check.’ Be prepared mentally if the outcome is less than what you’d hoped. Compromise is a good thing. Above all, practice GRACE as a good measure for an acceptable outcome.
Ephesians 4:26 “Do not let the sun go down on your anger.”
