A Thought: Hurting.

This morning I pray for those who are hurting: A mother burying her son; a brother saying good-bye to a brother; an aunt and uncle caring for their nephew with brain cancer; a family struggling with a sick baby; an elderly woman dealing with heart health concerns; and persons across the globe living in terror as they struggle with the grief of murder by bombs. Many are hurting today. May our prayers hug them tightly. May our Lord’s Presence penetrate their heart with the warmth of His love, knowing He grieves with them, and will lend Comfort through their tears.

“Know I am with you always.” Mt. 28
