A Thought: Choosing your mood.
Some things seem to never change—feelings; traditions; predictable behavior, etc. How do you accept or cope with all of these? Practice and focus on those things or people on which you are grateful. You will feel ‘lifted’ when you shift your focus from what’s wrong with your life, to instead, what is right and good about it.
