A Thought: Temper.

We all become exasperated at times, anger building up. It usually comes from not understanding how something got to that point and/or feeling unable to change something or someone which seems to be in direct opposition of your convictions or actions. What should you do? Anger should be channeled in energy to evoke change, rather than directed to the individual. Jesus’ anger was not demonstrated often, but when it was, it was about bringing justice through action, not chastisement to the individual. Learn to discern and diffuse, not escalate the situation. Pray before you act, and God will give you that discernment!

Prov.29:11  “Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.”
